Hargreaves Hill Brewing Company located in Yarra Glen have released a Limited edition ale.

To celebrate one year of brewing since re-establishing the Hargreaves Hill Brewery after the Black Saturday bushfires, Simon Walkenhorst has crafted The Phoenix / Imperial Red Ale.

This Imperial Red Ale is a strong American style beer, with great complexity, palate weight and length.  It has been brewed to 9.8% alcohol, and comes in a 750ml bottle.

350 bottles have been bottled and numbered, of which only 320 have been released.
